We were in the process of a BEE audit in December last year with our verification agency Emex Trust.  They put our audit on hold as they were going through their own audit with SANAS.   Earlier this month we were advised that Emex Trust has gone into liquidation and we had to find another verification agency.  We have now appointed Beescore and are able to supply you with their letter of acceptance.

However, for the purposes of your Social Economic Development donations, we are currently able to provide you with a verification letter from our auditors which confirms that more than 75% of our beneficiaries are black South African persons as defined by the BEE Codes of Good Practice and the full value of your donation can be taken into account for SED.
